Definition and implementation of a new organization in charge of the development of software applications at European level

- Definition of a new model (processes, org chart, vendor strategy, economical model, governance, etc.) for a new organization in charge of the centralized development of software applications in Europe.
- Definition of a transition map to get from current to future status including the detailed impact on current processes and teams.
- Definition of an implementation plan and management of the execution.
