{"id":70,"date":"2015-09-17T12:41:23","date_gmt":"2015-09-17T10:41:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.astana.es\/en\/?page_id=70"},"modified":"2022-03-30T17:42:03","modified_gmt":"2022-03-30T15:42:03","slug":"2021-achievements","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/www.astana.es\/en\/2021-achievements\/","title":{"rendered":"2021 Achievements"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>2021 has been a very exciting year for ASTANA<\/h2>\n<p>Jointly with our customers, we have faced new challenges that have allowed us to grow our capabilities and our revenues<\/p>\n<p>Find here a few examples<\/p>\n<h6>Support the daily operations of a PMO in a company of the insurance sector<\/h6>\n<p class=\"Pregunta\">After collaborating in the implementation of the PMO, ASTANA\u00a0has continued supporting this company in the daily operations of the PMO:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"Pregunta\">Creation of the 2018 project portfolio<\/li>\n<li class=\"Pregunta\">Support to monitoring and control and closing of projects in execution<\/li>\n<li class=\"Pregunta\">Definition of document of understanding of projects pending of execution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Designing and implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO) in a company of the insurance sector<\/h6>\n<p>The challenge consisted in the <strong>definition of the mission and objectives of a PMO<\/strong> inside a company of the insurance sector. In addition, we developed and implemented project management methodologies and delivered training from different levels of the organization including the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<h6>Management of a multinational project for a new business unit based on innovation and mobility for a major Consumers Association in Europe<\/h6>\n<p>The largest Consumer Association in Europe gave ASTANA the responsibility of project management the <strong>development of a new service line based on innovation and mobile technology. <\/strong>The project has different phases expanding up to 2018 and involves the <strong>coordination of providers and customers in different countries<\/strong>. This makes of paramount importance an appropriate management of multicultural environments and virtual work.<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<h6>Management of a project for the technical renewal of core systems in a company of the insurance\u00a0sector<\/h6>\n<p>Una de las compa\u00f1\u00eda l\u00edderes en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios en el sector seguros ten\u00eda problemas para ejecutar con \u00e9xito el proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica de su n\u00facleo de sistemas<\/p>\n<p>ASTANA was contracted to make an initial assesment of a difficult situation with the project.
